The Hill End Honey Company is a small family operation that produces quality honey from their property located 10kms from the historic gold mining township of Hill End in New South Wales. We maintain strong hives on our property which consists of approximately 8,000 acres where the bees work the mountainous ranges, valley's and tablelands. Our honey tastes absolutely amazing and is not like honey you buy from the supermarket so try it for yourself. Our honey is not heat treated or processed in anyway. Nothing artificial is added as our honey, 'Pure GOLD.' We do not blend batches of honey together which can result in a distortion of flavours. Our range of gourmet seasonal flavours and full of beneficial natural antioxidants Naturally gluten, wheat and 100% fat free. A natural alternative to sugar. We specialise in great tasting gourmet honeys dictated mainly by Australian native plants and below is where our Italian Bee's roam uninterrupted collecting our Gold!!!!!!!. Unlike other beekeepers relying on farming leases, and crown lands such as forests and national parks we are able to let our bees roam free amongst the native flowers and eucalyptus. We are blessed to have an area where the bees work the eucalypti honey flows at various times of the year. We ensure that there is no wastage from the beehive, every product is usable. No chemicals or antibiotics are used to treat disease and no chemicals are used in the production of our honey. The only heat is used in the uncapping process which is minimal. This give us the edge ensuring that our honey is pure natural gold.
