Norman has graduated from Australian College of Massage and attained a Diploma of Remedial Massage & a certificate IV in Massage Therapy. He has a senior first aid certificate and is covered by insurance. All major health fund rebates are available and regular clients often have a very small gap payment. Each treatment is tailored specifically for the client's goal and remedial sessions will require a pre and post assessment of the troubled area. New clients need to complete a History Take form and records are kept in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) as amended under the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000 and the various State Privacy Acts. All linen is supplied and only the best carrier (Jojoba) oil is used for every session. Treatments are divided into four time slots and new clients should book either a 45 or 60 min session to allow for forms and assessments.
