It was as a junior athlete that he became increasingly aware of the crucial role played by massage therapists everywhere. Matty has completed a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the esteemed Karuna College of Massage Therapies, which specialises in remedial and sports massage. His treatments incorporate trigger point therapy, Chinese cupping and cryotherapy and are particularly well suited to athletes, both amateur and professional. Mattyâ??s experience at various sporting clubs as a clinical therapist has shaped his dynamic and effective treatments. Mattyâ??s heightened awareness of holistic health care has blossomed over the years through his studies of martial arts and yoga.
