    In 2008 I left my career in hotels behind and became a Personal Trainer. In 2013 & 2014 I added Massage Therapy to my qualifications and I now offer both outstanding Personal Training and Massage Therapy. I am very passionate about what I do. I love the opportunity to help people around me feeling better, getting healthier and fitter and help achieve your goals! Personal training is offered as one-on-one sessions or small group training sessions (max of 9 participants). Majority of my Personal Training sessions are held in a local park and some, as well as Massage sessions, are in my home studio. No matter how big or small your goals are, I can help. I believe in educating you and share all my knowledge to ensure that you get the ver best opportunity to maximise the benefits and feel motivated to also be able to achieve what you want when I am not there next to you.
