Kaitlin Edin is the practice principal of the Inner West Natural Health Clinic. She is trained within several Japanese traditions of meridian therapy acupuncture. Kaitlin is also trained in TCM and Chinese herbal medicine. Whether with acupuncture or herbal medicine Kaitlin treats according to the classical appreciations of the individual's constitution and five element considerations. These days we hear a lot about individualised medicine, in relation to drugs and genetics, however acupuncture and its classical diagnostic framework provide a way of treating your individual constitution, managing or resolving symptoms and getting you back to your best. Kaitlin's experience covers a broad range of conditions including emotional health, and rehabilitation, immunity and digestive related conditions, pain and stress relief. She has also has worked for many years with women and men seeking natural fertility and ART/IVF support, pregnancy health and easy labouring. Acupuncture can be hugely beneficial when used with children and babies to reduce birth traumas, increase digestive capacity and support their emerging immune systems. Children's health (known as Shonishin or children's needle therapy) is also a favourite speciality of Kaitlin's. She has a main interest in general health conditions that affect women and men, with a special interest in cardiovascular conditions, stress, emotional health and recovery. The Inner West Natural Health Clinic also offers Doula and Independent Childbirth Education sessions, remedial massage and craniosacral therapy. - Opening Hours:
