    The LGMP is a friendly and conveniently located practice in the Lithgow CBD next to the St George bank. The Practice opens 5 days a week Monday to Friday, and offers consultations by its male and female doctors. We are open 8.30am to 7.00pm Mondays & Tuesdays and from 8.30am to 6.00pm Wednesdays to Fridays. The Practice is closed on weekends and public holidays. The Lithgow District Hospital is available to assist with your medical emergencies when the practice is closed. The Lithgow General Medical Practice provides a range of services to suit your medical and health care needs. Some of these services include: - Pain management - Pathology Collection - Skin Cancer Checks with diagnostic equipment & onsite biopsies and removals - Podiatry - General Medicine - Family Medicine - Asthma Management - Weight Management - Diabetes Care - Pre-employment Medical Examinations - Insurance Reports - RMS Medical Examinations - Children's Health & Immunisations - 75 & over Health Assessments - WorkCover Examinations & Reports - Hospital, home & aged care facility visits - Psychology - Psychiatry - Telehealth Consultations To arrange an appointment with our doctors, or if you have any inquiries about services we provide, our friendly reception staff can answer any questions about our services. The Lithgow General Medical Practice bulk bills all patients with Medicare and Health Care cards. We charge for podiatry services where an Extended Care Plan service is not applied. Our reception staff will let you know if there is a fee and how much this fee is. For dressing we charge a small fee depending on what is used.
