Here at the Jade Healing Centre our aim is to work with you or any existing programs you may be on, to improve your day to day wellbeing. Our friendly and qualified practitioners are trained in a variety of styles, such as Rotai, Reiki, Massage enabling us to tailor a personalised treatment especially for you Our treatments have been helping our clients with Sport and Work Injuries or even the Day to Day grind we put our bodies through. Some injuries include: Lower Back Pain Sciatica Leg Length Issues Migraines Shoulder and Neck pain Ligament Strains and Tears Lymphatic System Scoliosis Carpal Tunnel Syndrome And more�?� On Wednesday and Thursday nights we have a Qi Gong class from 7pm-8pm.Limited numbers. Qigong helps you control your breathing, we find people who can breathe deeply/slowly into their stomach can work through pain and the stress of day to day life easier than those who breathe shallow into their chest. This "deep breathing" promotes calmness in the body and mind helping you to relax. As a form of gentle exercise, Qigong is composed of movements is a series of repeated moves, strengthening and stretching the body. As a healing art, Qigong practitioners focus on prevention and self-healing, traditionally viewed as balancing the body's energy meridians and enhancing the intrinsic capacity of the body to heal.
