Emma obtained her Masters Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Sydney, and is registered with Medicare, DVA, and all private health insurers. Alongside Shire Diets, Emma has worked as a Health Coach, and has undertaken further training in behaviour change counselling. Emma knows that people achieve more success by making many small changes over time, rather than attempting a major lifestyle overhaul, so you'll never be given a restrictive diet that you'll want to give up after a few weeks! In your session, Emma will help you focus on finding ways to implement the small lifestyle changes which will have the greatest impact on your health.
