At the meditation space we teach mindfulness in a sectarian atmosphere. Mindfullness meditation practised regularly can have a profoundly beneficial effect on health and well being. Classes start with light stretching followed by guided meditation, mindfulness instruction and discussion. Open classes $10 -each class is self contained. Beginners Classes Tuesday evening 6:45-8:15pm Sunday morning 8-9.15pm Open sit for experienced meditators Thursday evening 6:45-8:15pm (donation) Space is available to hire for similar activities
