Dr Jessica Gray (nee. Ogle) Clinical Psychologist B Psych (Hons); D Psych (Clin); MAPS Jessica is a clinical psychologist who is experienced in the assessment and management of a wide range of psychological difficulties experienced by adolescents (aged 16 years and above) and adults. Jessica currently works 4 days a week at Resolve Psychological Services and offers some after-hours appointments. She also works part-time at a specialist Eating Disorder service. Jessica is also trained in Maudsley Family Based Therapy for adolescents with Anorexia Nervosa. * Depression * Anxiety related disorders - including, but not limited to, Generalised Anxiety Disorder, Social Phobia, Specific Phobia, Panic Disorder and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. * Complex presentations including, but not limited to, trauma and depression with self-harm. Jessica has previously worked in a Sexual Assault Service. * Adjustment to physical/medical illness. Jessica has previously worked for a Rehabilitation and Medical Psychology Department. Jessica is experienced in implementing individual cognitive and behavioural psychotherapies (including Schema Therapy; Cognitive and Behavioural Therapy; Dialectical Behavioural Therapy; and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), in addition to an education based group workshop for parents and partners of individuals experiencing an eating disorder.
