Childbirth classes, preparing you for labour & birth. Qualified Midwife Kate and Pre-natal Yoga instructor Vanessa have devised this workshop together to appeal to those that are interested in currrent and comprehensive information in a short space in time. They have condensed the information to accomodate your busy lifestyles but still provide the tools and vital information needed to confidently birth. Bring it on Baby is a four hour antenatal class that begins by explaining the process of labour & birth. Following this, we move to the floor and teach you useful postions to use in pregancy and labour that include your support person. Yoga poses, vocal toning & Acupressure points are also taught to encourage an active labour & natural delivery of your baby. This workshop encourages you and your support partner to work as a team to bring your baby into the world in a calm and confident way. Tips on changing , wrapping and settling the newborn are shown and Breastfeeding is discussed.Workshops are held on Saturdays in Sydney. Private sessions are also available. Come along, learn, enjoy and prepare at our practical birthing workshop for Women from 30 weeks pregnant and their support partner. All the information you need in only 4 hrs!!!!!! Topics covered: .
