TREATMENT AVAILABLE FOR ACUTE MUSCULOSKELETAL PAIN Such as: SPORTS INJURIES ; WORK INJURIES; NECK PAIN ; BACK PAIN and HEADACHES My Physiotherapy treatment is HANDS ON Based on advanced techniques of Nordic, Osteopathic and Maitland Mobilization and Manipulation. EXERCISE Once the symptoms start to diminish, exercises are gradually introduced to restore muscle flexibility, strength and control. Muscle stimulation is also used to increase proprioception and to activate inhibited muscles. TAPING AND BANDAGING if necessary, is used to make moving easier. Number of visits A minor injury may need 1- 4 visits, however if the injury is more serious, more treatment may be necessary.
