Become a fully qualified Lymphoedema Therapist with an industry recognised qualification! Our courses are Australasian Lymphology Association (ALA) Endorsed. Lymphoedema Training & Education Pty Ltd proudly brings over 45 years of experience in the treatment and management of Lymphoedema. Our team includes Sally Kava (Occupational Therapist, Mt Wilga Early Intervention Program), Louise Koelmeyer (Occupational Therapist, Macquarie University Cancer Institute and Therapy for Life) and Andrea Mangion (Physiotherapist and Mt Wilga Lymphoedema Clinic Team Leader). Receive over 115 hours of education via online pre-learning, eight contact days of theory and practical sessions, homework and examinations. Learn how to do all components of Lymphoedema treatment, from assessment through to practical bandaging and massage treatments through to home program prescription. Course prerequisites Participants in our courses need to have obtained a tertiary qualification such as Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy (and have professional registration with AHPRA), Medicine, or nursing (Registered Nurse or Division 1 Registered Nurse in Victoria). - Payment Options:
