Fitclub Dubbo (FCD) is for the everyday person...we are ordinary people achieving extraordinary wellness goals simply because we educate you to balance your efforts across your Meal, Muscle and Mind programs using our unique Triple M Wellness Program. We offer programs for: - Over 50's focused on improving & maintaining everyday mobility, agility & nutritional intake; - Parents & kids to workout together; - People looking for medium to high intensity Cardio & Total Body Strengthening Workouts (No kids); - Weight Loss and/or lean muscle gain; - Specialised Group Training (SGT) (5-8 people working on personalised programs to achieve specific wellness goals in the shortest possible timeframe); - Improved nutritional intake (supplement and non-supplement supported plans); & - Mastering your mind to positively support the achievement of your wellness goals. Our fitness programs are primarily free weight & body weight resistance programs with non-machine based cardio. However, we do have a treadmill, Cross Training Weights Station, Boxing bag and speed ball, a barbell bench-press & a situp/crunch bench table, all of which are used only in our SGT sessions. Our session prices range from $7.50 to $20 per session & you receive an Energy Kick drink before the session to energise you so you can give your best during the session followed by a tasty, nutritional protein drink, unique to FCD, after the session to ensure your body is getting the necessary nutrients, vitamins & minerals required to help your body heal and improve your overall wellness. There is a $50 Annual Fee but you receive a FREE FCD Training shirt or tank top.
