I would not recommend the use of this accountant agency to anyone. Upon entry within the shop on Dumaresq St you are greeted by children asking to see the accountant. Looking around there are important documents, boxes with more documents scattered everywhere. Completely unfriendly and unprofessional environment. I was told of their services by a few family members and ignored my instinct of the dodgey-ness of the environment. A few months later I was informed of some issues a family member had incurred using this particular accountant including being audited by the ATO due to her not doing her job effectively and correctly. This family member had to go through the problems and humiliation of gathering funds to pay back the Australian Tax Office. Personally, I received a call from my mother who opened a VERY IMPORTANT letter of mine sent from this accountant agency via the ATO. Firstly I have not lived at my mothers address for several years and much less during my 2014 tax return so I cannot explain why on earth they sent this very important document containing an audit from another tax return to the incorrect address. As a result I incurred interest charges upon this audit as I was not made aware until after the due date to pay passed due to the accountant sending the letter to the wrong address. Looking at the envelope she sent it does not have their company name nor did it contain a letter from the accountant outlining why I received an audit. Meeting the woman once, and asking my other members of family not even try could recall her name. I rang the accountant to receive more information and also question how this HUGE error could occur. Her response was to yell at me and apparently it was my fault for not updating the address details. I asked her which address she had in the system and the curious thing is they had my correct and current address. SO how on earth could they send it somewhere else?? Obviously she was at fault and had not completed her job effectively. Her response was to yell at me and tell me it was just a curtesy to send me the letter (it\'s actually her job and part of the service I PAY for). She went on to further blame me for her mistake and would not let me speak when I politely asked her to let me speak. I\'m not someone who yells and so I remained calm. She went on to hang up on me. At no point did she apologise and offer any assistance or further information to help me. I then had to ring the tax office for more information and was informed they had sent a letter in March, 3 months prior, that she didn\'t have the \"curtesy\" to forward to the wrong address. And as a result I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND HER SERVICES.
