Mr Elven has held $25,000 of my money since October 28 2011. And presumably earned over $700 in interest 7th May 2012 - I\'m still trying to get a refund on my $25,000 , paid to Mr Elven for a car on 28th October 2011. ! His response...\'Yes I owe it to you ...and the cheques in the mail \" I cancelled a car order within a few hours of paying him for it , and he sold the vehicle to a second party , presumably also for $25,000 In the meatime, he cashed my cheque ....on the 28th October 2011. He acknowledges he owes me this money . He acknowledges he has sold the car to another party He acknowledges my cancellation was well within a 24 hour cooling off period But he would like to keep the money . For months he would not return calls . Over the past 2 weeks he has promised dailiy that \'the cheque is in the mail\" or \'The EFT will come through today\" Be warned ! This is not a person you want to do business with ! He seems believable. My experience, and the accountants etc working with me to retrieve my money , have found that he is completely without scruples . And a very dangerous choice .Be warned and look elsewhere .

Maree, did you ever get your money back? I too have been conned by WAYNE ELVEN, now trading as VAN CENTRAL SYDNEY, still at McGrath\'s Hill. Paid for vehicle and never received it. Broken promises, lies, failure to supply receipts and other legal documentation, failure to return calls, ignoring texts and emails and even posing as other people via email. This guy is a downright crook! I regret not discovering your review before I got scammed.
