He is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, CHEK Practitioner and Personal Trainer, whose been training and coaching clients internationally for over 20 years. He is also a Preferred Practitioner with The Golden Door Health Retreat. Chas has built a reputation for getting results with clients whose chronic injuries have not been addressed in the past.
