We are a company that has been operating in Australia for 29 years now and still going strong. We are coming up to celebrating our 30th anniversary. We have had a bad trot over the last 2 years or so, hence the negative comments left here about the lack of service. But that's okay - we take a negative and turn it in to a positive. We've had a change of operational staff here. Our customer service division is working smarter for you, our sales team are on the ball when it comes to our exports out of Australia and our imports are improving with every email and shipment that comes in to our care. Now, we may not reply within the hour of receiving your correspondence but we will always get back to you within 24 - 48 hours. We work all year round - except for public holidays and weekends. Other than that, our doors are always open. We are the only household goods specialists in Sydney who are this close to the shipping ports and air terminals which means that we are able to keep costs down and passing those savings on to you - "We Like to Help You Move". Every business has its ups and downs and we have certainly had both, however, we know that it mostly the negative that is posted. You can believe what you read... but then again, if it didn't come from the horses mouth, then we shouldn't listen or believe everything we read or hear.
