My comments are not about Elgas Head Office, but about an issue with my local Elgas supplier. The issue was instigated some 5 months ago with a delivery person, who was extremely aggressive and verbally intimidating. I cancelled any further tanker deliveries after this. Then on Tuesday of this week, the tanker arrived to make another delivery. When I explained to the driver (same person) that I had cancelled any further deliveries, I was then subjected to more attitude. After this I again contacted the office, where I was assured my supply was now cancelled. No apology.... nothing. Since May I have felt physically sick whenever I see an Elgas tanker around the town. After 57 years of loyalty to the same gas supplier (Elgas bought the business in later years) I feel so sad that this is how it has ended. Regards Doris Green. djgreen4@bigpond.com

I am New Zealand. I was assured a call back for a new account setup which also could be done online. But I wanted to now about pricing so that I could make an informed decision. @ days of my waiting 5 calls home and abroad. I am still waiting. I am frustrated with this standard of customer service. I would suggest, if you can not provide customer service then please put the pricing info on your website so that people can read it and make a decision without needing your people to read few digit in couple of days. Its just insane.

We have had elgas tanker deliver gas to our property for 9 years. We concreted our drive way and put our gates up and now Elgas state they cant access our property. We then decided to have gas bottles delivered but Elgas state cant enter our property to swap and place them. We now have to disconnect the empty bottle ourselves and take it to the footpath, then get the full bottle back to the house. How is this service after 9 years? Why dont they have a smaller truck that can access ALL properties. They do in Brisbane. Why not in our large regional city?

This is a complaint about the behaviour of your ELGAS delivery driver when delivering gas to 5 Soudan Terrace Armidale NSW. I have since changed gas suppliers as a result of his rude and aggressive behaviour. He has continued to behave in exactly the same way and again today parking the tanker too close behind my car and behaving aggressively toward me. His behaviour constitutes bullying of me and I am now being bullied by this driver on a regular basis every time he delivers gas to Soudan Terrace. Bullying is an offence in NSW, if he behaves this way one more time and parks the tanker unnecessarily close to my car again I will take the matter to the police. I have plenty of security camera and phone camera footage to back my claim and I will use it. Robert Chase, the manager of the Tamworth Office allows his staff to behave this way because when I spoke to him about it he clearly didn\'t care and he didn\'t care when I said I would take my business elsewhere- which I have.
