Justin North is a chef who needs little introduction. His restaurant Becasse has been awarded two chefs hats since 2006 and was Restaurant of the Year in 2007. He is also the man behind Plan B and Etch restaurants. Charlie & Co is his latest venture, producing the best burgers that you could find in a food court.
