The food combo is Japanese with an Aussie twist but the experience starts at the bar. Mixologists whisk up exotic fruity-flavoured cocktails with a traditional sake base in a whir of activity ? perfect with a pre-dinner snack of sea-salted edamame (steamed soy beans). Seafood delights are too many to list but the ika no kari kari age alias crispy squid with green chilli and lime will seal the deal on a repeat dinner reservation. That?s before you discover the crispy soft-shell crab with wasabi mayonnaise and then there?s the rainbow of sashimi served up on ice ? ocean trout, tuna, king fish, snapper, eel, mackerel...
