Senior coach is Sifu Mick Spinks with over 40years passionate experience, all coaches are highly qualified & accredited. We are keen to educate our students to understand how to manage a healthly lifestyle eg. testing & balancing your body with a calculated weight routine then devolping a strength routine to get you strong toned & conditioned more for athletic performance. Nutrition is an important part of this process we have had many amazing results with fat loss, body weight managment for competition & creating a healthy eating plan. Double Dragon strength coaches are trained under Charles Poliquin and certified in Poliquin Tm. BioSignature Modulation system which measures 12 sites on the body to help identify hormone inbalences.
