Exercise for mental health is available in Grafton, New South Wales with evidence based exercise protocols and support provided by a mature aged, registered Personal Trainer and qualified Counsellor. She is the developer of the exercise for mental health program - Mood Adjustment Through Exercise (M.A.T.E.) which is a course which is endorsed by Fitness Australia and the Australian Counselling Association as professional development for Personal Trainers and Counsellors. You can exercise for mental health either face to face in our private clinic, located within a quiet residential setting, do the self-help online program or do the program via Skype. Exercise for mental health is provided within a Personal Training model to enable clients to receive private health fund rebates. Rebates depend upon your type and level of cover. BREAST CANCER EXERCISE PERSONAL TRAINING Breast Cancer exercise Personal Training in Grafton is provided by a registered, mature aged Personal Trainer who is a multiple Cancer survivor and a certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. Breast Cancer exercise Personal Training is provided within our private clinic and conducted in a highly supportive and warm environment. PROFESSIONAL ROOMS FOR RENT Professional rooms for rent are available in the Happiness Clinic and ideally suit Counsellors, Psychologists, Life Coaches or Social Workers who are commencing practice and work within a wellbeing orientation to service provision. Successful applicants require registration and insurance.
