We offer group and individual coaching utilising the CrossFit methodology. CrossFit workouts consist of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. It means that at CrossFit GEO you will not find rows of stationary bikes and treadmills. Instead you find pull-up bars, kettlebells, sandbags, barbells and wide open spaces for running, jumping, skipping and throwing - moving your body the way it was meant to be moved. It also means that you will never get bored. Everyday is a different workout that will challenge you physically and mentally. Your whole body will be worked to promote fast improvements in your health and fitness. It doesn't matter what your current level of fitness is as every workout can be scaled to suit you.
