Here at the Wing Chun Kung Fu Organisation Sydney we teach Wing Chun Kung Fu, BJJ, Fitness and Mixed Martial Arts. We are dedicated, fun and focused on bringing the best out of you. We cherish our history, our traditions, our journey and our students who are the threads in the fabric that create our wonderful school. The WCKFO is a Full-Time Martial Arts School, we have been operating here in Surry Hills since 1986. The Chief Instructor is Sifu Rick Spain (the 1982 Full Contact Middleweight World Champion). Our Senior Instructors are highly skilled and experienced Martial Artists with your learning experience a top priority. Are you looking for a different/unique way to get fit, learn how to defend yourself, challenge yourself and improve your self-discipline? Or maybe you've always wanted to learn martial arts but never got around to it? Do you already have a martial arts background and want to expand your experience? Do you possibly want to compete one day or even become a coach? In training at the WCKFO you'll see your fitness, co-ordination and confidence increase. You will recognise your ability to defend yourself. Your boundaries will regularly be challenged. Ideas an concepts will constantly be expanded and connections drawn between techniques and applications will only increase as a result. With a wealth of experience in the industry and martial arts to learn from and draw upon, plus Sports Coaching courses offered through the school, dreams of competing or teaching are definitely within reach.
