    FITNESS AND SPORTS TAEKWONDO (FAST) is an innovative Coaching and Fitness business with two main focuses: - Taekwondo Academy - (Kids and Adults Programs) FAST is run and owned by 3rd Dan Black Belt Robert Bikesic and holds 6th Dan Jim Fassolis as Head Instructor under the Australian National Sporting Organisation Taekwondo Australia. FAST aims to; Teach/Coach traditional Taekwondo (martial arts) to individuals or groups of all ages, fitness and skills levels Be a benchmark of Junior and Senior Athlete Development for Olympic Taekwondo in the Western Sydney region through our unique developmental processes Provide strength and conditioning programs for all participants to increase their fitness and well being - Group Personal Training - (Kids and Adults Programs) Boot Camp and Personal/Group Training allows individuals or groups to participate in a specific training session catered toward their needs and goals. Personal training will be open to the general public and members of the Taekwondo Academy at an additional fee aiming to; Provide personal training, group training programs and classes for willing participants Develop individualized and periodised strength and conditioning programs for participants Use innovative, practical and exciting methods of training people to help participants appreciate exercise and make it become a part of their lifestyles
