We are a Martial arts school focused in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu based in Crows Nest Sydney. We have over 150 students and offers classes for kids and adults all levels everyday. The school is run by professor Bruno Alves, current World Champion of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Professor Bruno Alves has many years of of experience both of teaching Jiu Jitsu as well as competing in the sport himself. Professor Bruno has also been training the Manly Rugby team Sea Eagles. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art thatÃ??Ã?Â¢??s focused in grappling, a great way to learn self defence. Practicing Jiu Jitsu will help you believe in yourself , It will help you gain confidence, when a person know how to defend himself or herself physically they feel more confident. It is a close contact sport with many different training partners and therefore a great way to make friends.
