Namaste to All :-) We have been conducting classes in various suburbs for more than 4 years. The popularity of our classes lies in not emphasizing on any particular style or trend but perceiving yoga in its whole as a way of life. We do practice traditional hatha yoga postures, breathing and meditation but the underlying theme of our classes is to take the practice deeper into one's life to address their fears, anxieties and stress. This practice will make you fitter, healthier, beautiful and most importantly, Sahaja. Sahaja is a state of peaceful mind where mind becomes spontaneous, watchful and balanced.To have a real feel of what I just mentioned, you have to attend at least one of our classes !
