Yoga by the Sea RETREATS take place around the world in the most beautiful oceanic settings you could imagine... Thailand, Bali, Fiji, Barrier Reef, islands etc. Beginners and advanced yogis welcome. Check website for the next one... SYDNEY CLASSES: Bondi's outdoors classes go ahead, weather permitting, all year. Schedules change with the seasons, so check: www.yogabythesea.com.au regularly. Outdoors classes, so don't be surprised to spot dolphins, whales, seals, shark or be splashed by a wave! Mats provided. Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, towel, jumper recommended. Tamarama's indoor yoga classes are located at Tamarama Surf Club. The beautiful indoors studio overlooks Tamarama Beach, capturing the oceanic view, fresh breeze and sunshine from the cliffs above. Drop-in classes are taught to the sounds of the ocean, relaxing music and lots of personal attention. All levels welcome, including beginners and pre & post-natal. Hot tea served with the class in winter, and a freshly squeezed oj in summer. Studio heated in winter, with schedules that vary with the season. Mats provided. Bronte's indoor/outdoors yoga classes are located at Bronte Surf Club. The beautiful indoors studio overlooks Bronte Beach, capturing the oceanic view & fresh breeze. Occasionally classes are relocated to Bronte Park outdoors. Drop-in classes are taught to the sounds of the ocean, relaxing music and lots of personal attention.
