We offer something very unique for the discerning traveller. As a family of four we have lived amongst the pristine Budawang ranges beside the pure fresh Clyde River since 2001. A few times each year we open up our 176 acre property to small groups for yoga retreats. The role of yoga over the weekend is to introduce you to nurturing, flowing and gentle movements, bringing your mind, body and spirit to a state of total relaxation. We will nurture you with massage, swims in the river, walks through the forest, hot outdoor baths - under the stars and delicious, world-class, vegetarian food. Like most of our guests, you will not want to leave. We cater specifically to women. Some come in groups, many come as individuals. Most people come back year after year. One of our guests wrote "My body, mind and soul have been nourished, bathed and cleansed in the perfection of this paradise. The accommodation - very comfortable; the food - wholesome and delicious; the hosts - welcoming and very loving; and the forest and river - very healing. A very special, spiritual, experience.
