Our program's start with our Kanga Kidz Multi Sports Program(2.5yrs- 5yrs) - Introducing children to a variety of different sports in a fun & structured environment. Pre-School PeeWee(3yrs-5yrs) - Soft red coloured compression balls as well as smaller nets & racquet's, with loads of fun tennis games & exercises. PeeWee(5yrs-7yrs) - Modified balls, racquet's & equipment. Children have more time to hit and control the ball. Development Groups Orange Ball(7yrs-15yrs) - These groups offer fun tennis classes incorporating tennis skill games that will aid in helping juniors reach rallying stage. Challenger Squad Green Ball(10yrs-15yrs) - In this program players will be challenged to raise their game to the next level. Master Squad(13yrs-18yrs) - This is an intense program designed for competive high school players aspiring to play at tournament level. Private Lessons - Can be booked in half hour & 1 hour time frames. The lessons can be shared with a friend or family member. Adult Groups Cardio Tennis - Ditch the tread mill, grab a racquet & get your heart pumping. It doesn't matter if you play regularly or never before, because Cardio Tennis is open to people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Set to high-energy music, Cardio Tennis also incorporates the use of heart rate monitors. Group Training Sessions - Take your tennis to the next level. Strength/Resistance Training, Motivational Training. Hot Shots Tennis Competition - Using modified courts & balls Free Friday Afternoon Junior Comp - Full court. Adult Competitions - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday nights & Thursdays. Social Tennis - Tuesday Mornings, Sunday Afternoons & Wednesday Nights. Holiday Tennis Programs - Held every School Holidays.
