You will be crying after bookding this company. This is the worst experience we had with a trader. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS COMPANY AS YOU WILL REGRET IT THE WAY WE DO NOW. Nathan from Ezy Lay Roofing was booked to come to put in a new room on our extension in a week of perfect sunny weather. He first said that is coming on Wed. On Wed morning he called to push it back to Friday. On Friday morning he promised that he is coming on Sat but then on Sat morning he called to say that his boys are not available so they are coming on Monday. They still did not come on Monday (which was a nice sunny day too). On Monday night the rain came, and our house got flooded. We had our children sitting in their bedrooms at 4am with the ceiling dripping. One whole room was lost and needs a complete renovation to be usable again. All of our stuff in that room was complete wet and we had to throw away a lot of books. Our mattress is unusable. On Tuesday Nathan and his boys finally came. They had a look around for 1 hour, and left, saying that they will not do the job as they are too busy. It was still raining...So they just left us without an explanation. I cannot imagine what kind of a person can do this to other people. If he had told us that he is too busy, we would have booked another company to do our roof before the rain. THE LESSON FROM THIS: DON\'T EVER THINK OF BOOKING THIS COMPANY AND THESE PEOPLE AGAIN. This is by far the worst experience we had ever had with a trader.
