Dear customers BDK Pest Management is a family owned business. We have years of experience in pest management. Our technicians have worked for some of Sydney's big-name companies on a subcontract basis. Our business model provides direct benefits to our customers by eliminating big pest broker companies and providing services directly to the public. General Pest Control In providing general pest service, we provide the service for the treatment of cockroaches, spiders, black ants, silverfish, rodents and German cockroaches. Our rates are very reasonable: We charge $140 (plus GST) for normal pest control for 3 or 4 bed room house where we treat cockroaches, spiders, ants and silverfish. Included in the services are: dusting of the roof, subfloor, shed as well as dusting the wall void if it is brick house and has wall ventilations points. We then spray around the house and fences. For dusting we always use Coopex dust. For more information about the product you can do an internet search on: coopex msds For outside spraying, we use BiflexDuo200. More information on this product is freely available on the internet. Inside the home we use Tempo, which again, you can find further information online. For German Cockroaches we charge $140+GST (for a medium size kitchen). German cockroaches are normally found in kitchens and normally live in electrical appliances (such as the microwave, fridge, toaster, electrical teapot etc). We put treat these appliances as well as the kitchen cupboards and all other place where they are normally found. The product used, Max Force Gel, normally takes around two weeks to work. For Rodents we charge from $140+GST and we use Talon baits. For fleas we charge from $220 +GST as we use a combination of treatments to deal with this issue.
