I had my time over again I would have purchased an already renovated house. To renovate you need knowledge, assertiveness and health. Much of the work done for me was done incompetently and against my wishes, sometimes items were purchased without my knowledge. The garden structures built are a mystery to all and non functional. I\'m thankful I managed to recover in time to get a fantastic kitchen and laundry, done with assistance, to my specifications and according to the regulations. Beware and be careful when deciding to renovate.
