I don't do "No pain. No gain!". I don't do 'Cardio', 'Ab Blast!', Yoga or anything like it. I do Fundamental Mat Pilates. I do enduring essentials. I do what real people need to improve function and build strength in their bodies. I encourage people to master the basics before progressing to Functional Training. I teach people about their bodies and guide them on a journey of self-discovery. I show them how the slightest adjustment is the difference between not doing it and doing it effectively; how one inch or the use of a particular set of muscles is a whole new exercise. I don't model from the front of the class. I am everywhere helping my clients get the details right."
