Jamieson Park Paddle (Health and Fitness Centre) is located on the foreshore at premises in Jamieson Park, Narrabeen. Jamieson Park is a 42.8ha reserve located along the southern foreshores of the Magnificent Narrabeen Lakes. Jamieson Park has toilets, tables and shady areas to relax in and soak up the sunshine whilst making use of the free bbq facilities or open grassy spaces perfect for a picnic or kicking a ball with the kids. With loads of free untimed parking, it really is the perfect place for that get together, kids birthday party or just a great place to spend a weekend catching up with family or friends. The premises we operate from is fondly named �??The Shed�??. It is the large building at the rear of the well-established Narrabeen Sailing School. It�??s from here that we conduct business running our various programs, events and the renting out of our; �?� kayaks, �?� Stand Up Paddle Boards (SUP's) �?� Pedal Boats SUP Yoga Get Sup Fit classes Jamieson Park Paddle has both single and double plastic kayaks available for hire. These craft are exceptionally stable and easy to paddle making them well suited for parents and kids alike. Our Stand up Paddle Boards (SUP ) are easy to use, stable, boards that suit all ranges of size and experience. Hire includes all equipment needed and basic paddle instruction. At Jamieson Park Paddle we believe it�??s all about participation.
