The programme has been proven for over 30 years and the skills it develops are even more relevant in contemporary society. Over 60,000 students every week, in 25 countries around the world now enjoy the Helen O'Grady Drama Academy classes. Our programme encompasses a huge body of developmental drama designed to increase creativity, confidence, self-esteem and verbal skills in all students. Weekly classes of one hour are held, grouped by age. At the end of the Academy year students present a short, scripted production. Achievement certificates are awarded to all students as they complete each full year, with special recognition for other major milestones. Our students learn to: * Become an effective communicator * Be a more confident person * Increase their self-esteem * Empower themselves to participate fully in life * Our premier global drama development programme, created in Australia, continues to expand as parents and students recognise its value and its enjoyment. Many of our students stay with us for the majority of their school years. The curriculum is so extensive that a student of the Academy can attend classes for 13 years without ever repeating a lesson! Weekly classes after School in Cherrybrook, Pennant Hills, Mt Colah and Saturday morning in Hornsby. Your child's growth in confidence, self esteem and communication skills will delight you!
