The most stressed of us are aware of this... and yet we're 'too busy' or 'too stressed' to do anything about it 'right now'. I'm here to tell you you're not alone. Statistics on Heart Attacks, Strokes, Alcoholism, Drug addictions, Divorce ... Death ... tell a scary tale. STRESS is my specialty... I will teach you the importance of and how to meditate to reduce Stress. I will coach you on how to identify and manage not only the Stresses but the Stressors in your life. I will help you rebuild low self esteem or self image. I will coach you as you go through major transitions in life. Why have I specialised in this area? Because STRESS nearly killed me ... I've been there personally. Thankfully I had guidance which brought me out the other end. I discovered on that journey a great need to help others. Having studied as a Meditation Teacher, Chair Yoga Instructor and Holistic Human Development Counsellor and Life Coach, I have helped many people turn their lives from one of stress, destruction and often total despair to complete confidence, calm and sense of peace. This is my passion. My website is currently under construction - I am excited to be 'rebirthing' the Utopian Living site very soon!!!
