They are not migration agents. One person within brightannica has a MARN number. In which they did not refer me to and gave me dodgy immigration advice and caused me to miss flights to fiji because they did not complete my college enrolment correctly. Kept saying they had spoken to the college and they had approved my delayed enrolment so I could go over seas. Got to college and they haven\'t heard anything from brightannica, brought this up with brightannica they started giving me options in regards to delayed visas the DAY before I was due to fly and gave completely conflicting information from what immigration had told me. Didn\'t even address my issue with them not speaking to college about delayed enrolment. Have since complained to brightannica had a few responses then they just stopped replying all together. Made a complaint with immigration office but because NONE of the people at brightannica working on my visa/ college enrolment has a MARN (illegal) they have referred me onto the department that deal with people pretending to be migration info and offering immigration advice.
