Hi!!! My name is Rachael Jones; Dancing is my passion and ZUMBA ? Fitness is my love and addiction!! I have danced almost my entire life. I have been a Latin American dancer since I was five years old. I was a very lucky girl and got to travel around the world competing at all sorts of competitions and became quite a highly ranked dancer on the world circuit. I retired at quite a young age and took up teaching, but it was never the same. I wanted to dance like no-one was watching!!!! That's when I found ZUMBA ? Fitness. I was addicted to ZUMBA ? Fitness from the very first class I participated in. I loved the way it made me feel, I loved that I was exercising without realising it and I loved that I could dance again! You literally could not wipe the smile of my face the entire class, in that one hour!!! Are you ready to give ZUMBA ? a go? And feel the same way I do? It is exercise in disguise, you will feel like you are at party and having so much fun you will forget that you are actually exercising!!! That's exactly what the ZUMBA ? program is all about. It's an exhilarating, effective, easy-to-follow, Latin-inspired, calorie-burning dance fitness-party, that's moving millions of people toward joy and health. So come party with me!!!
