Dave has been playing drums for over 25 years. In that time he has accumulated significant professional and artistic experience performing live on the international stage and in recording and tv/film production studios. Some of the well-known names Dave has performed with regularly throughout his career are James Morrison, Don Burrows, David Campbell, Wesley Carr, Deni Hines, Geoff Harvey, Kerrie Biddell, Bob Berg, Joe Lovano, and many, many others. He has recorded soundtracks for tv jingles by Mercedes Benz, KFC, Uncle Tobys, Volkswagon, Dulux, Bonds as well as having performed on the soundtrack to the multi-award-winning film The Bank. Dave graduated from Sydney Conservatorium of Music with a PhD in 2011 and continues to perform around Australia. Dave has had significant teaching experience having been on the faculties of Sydney Conservatorium of Music and Australian Institute of Music, and performs regularly as a clinician around Australia. Dave's teaching covers a wide variety of drumset specialisation and includes techniques and musical concepts learned and developed from his study in New York with legendary teachers Joe Morello and Jim Chapin. - Additional Information:
