"A Chef Secrets" offers exclusive private catering (minimum 6 people) or cooking classes (minimum 4 people) on demand in your own home or a chosen venue at very competitive prices. Book a caterer/s or cooking class to experience amazing Italian food free of artificial preservatives, additives and artificial colours. Chefs Mario and Anita uses only fresh seasonal produce, free range eggs, grass-fed beef, barn raised pork, pasture fed lambs and RSPCA approved chickens. We also insist on quality ingredients such as authentic Italian parmesan and extra-virgin olive oil. We make our very own bread, pasta, stocks and sauces.We are a great believer of the farm to table concept which our family has been practising for generations. Whether you are not sure of an ingredient, or just cannot decide on which menu to choose, do not hesitate to contact us below.
