My name is Khoa and I'm a photographer. Based in Sydney, I specialise in event photography. Be it a simple birthday or an important day like a wedding, my mantra is to make sure that you can focus on enjoying your day and leaving the hard work to me! I work at a financial services company and as expected, the work is very analytical and logical. Photography provides me with a much needed creative outlet and break from the mundane schedule of normal work. So much so that it's become a passion of mine and as a result, I started up The K Effect in September 2012, nearly 2 years after my first love affair with a camera. My Style In any creative art form, every practitioner has their own style, their own way of expressing their creative genius. Photography is an art form and as such, the same rules apply here. My photography is centred around bright vivid colors and lots of contrast expressing joy, bright futures, fluffy white clouds and all round good feelings. I believe photos shouldn't be taken just for the fun of it, but to tell a story, a story than be retold for years to come. The K Effect - Event Photography The K Effect is my personal business. My baby. Unlike many other photography businesses out there, I'm not here to make a quick buck. I'm continually looking to improve upon my business, skills and client base to the point I am able to sustain myself through this business.
