WARNING BRIDES & GROOMS - Don\'t EVER use photolicious photography from St Clair NSW to cover your wedding day!!! Photolicios Photography were hired to cover our wedding day & boy did we make a HUGE mistake hiring this so called professional company. We were told our disc process time was 8 weeks - we waited over 12 weeks and when we looked through the photos sent to us via USB we were devastated to notice MAJOR CHUNKS FROM OUR WEDDING DAY MISSING there were... *NO photos of myself & my husband with our families outside the church and these photos took place following our ceremony. We both come from separated families so to get all our family together in one day was a once in a lifetime opportunity we officially have no professional proof of this, both our grandmothers are close to 90 & are devastated we have no photos to give them, these photos were taken and have been lost, we are fortunate enough to have a wedding guest snap a photo of the photographers taking these photos. *NO group shot outside church as requested by me prior to the day (photographer replied on the day he had nothing to elevate himself with) This is a standard wedding photo these days in my eyes. *NO photos outside the reception of the entire bridal party with cars that were hired for the day of the wedding (these photos were taken but have been lost) there is in fact no photos of the entire bridal party together or the cars we hired for the day. *NO individual table shots from the night of the wedding & YES my husband and I went around and thanked each individual table for coming. They also offer a sneak peak within 48hours, a week later I contacted the company saying I hadn\'t received a sneak peek to be told this is done via their facebook page - I head over to check it out and the photo they have used publicly as our wedding sneak peek is a boudoir shot of me in my underwear (how does this showcase our LOVE STORY) I had to make contact again and ask them to remove it. THE LIST JUST GOES ON... We have approached the company and they have no recollection of any of the families photos & entire bridal party photos taking place on the day (making out as though we are lying about the missing photos, my husband said to The photographer \"the photos of our family are missing and my family is the most important thing to me, not photos of drunk people in frames we made for our bridal party shots\" the photographer responded with \"I didn\'t have any family at my wedding\")??? We requested a personal viewing of all photos taken on the day of the wedding as stated in paperwork because apparently we have been sent every single photo & viewing was denied. We have asked Photolicious photography for a full refund & all photos taken on the day to be placed on a USB, this was rejected and the company have stated that they believe only 30 photos are missing from our description and will offer us $10 per photo total of $300 refund. Photolicious have asked us to approach a lawyer & send them a letter of demand to their lawyer which we have just discovers is a fake PO box which belongs to a watch specialist. Your wedding day is meant to be one of the most important days of your life and Photolicious Photography take your money and your fairytale day for granted. BE WARNED!!!!
