The Proprietor, Richard Kenyon is Darwin born and has a long time affiliation with the local indigenous communities. The business is committed, through continuing professional development and exceptional customer service, to implementing and promoting industry best Arboricultural practices and techniques. Our aim is to maintain trees in remote communities by combining our experience and expertise to train a local work force and utilise local resources. Our clients include local government departments and agencies, as well as private and domestic entities. Richard has over 15 years of experience in the arboricultural industry within Australia and during the last five years he has worked for various companies around the world as a lead climber and manager. Richard represented Australia in the World Tree Climbing Championships in 2008, ranking 9th in the world. He also competes on an annual basis in interstate and national climbing events. He holds a Certificate V (Diploma) in Horticulture (Arboriculture). His qualifications and practical experience allows him to offer sensible, down to earth advice. Prior to the establishment of Remote Area Tree Services, Richard was employed as the Operations Manager by Tree Tactics Pty Ltd, located in Kilmore, Victoria. Our Services Include: â
