Welcome to Light Heart Therapies, where owner Jackie Fairfull, is on a mission to help others help themselves to heal and move forward in their life in a positive and empowering way. Jackie is a Holistic Health Coach specialising in meditation, holistic counselling, stress management and chair yoga. Jackie began exploring a career in holistic health while on her own wellness journey and experiencing the benefits of natural therapies first hand. After completing her Certificate of Meditation & Holistic Human Development with Inner Voyage - Holistic Human Development: School of Meditation & Alternative Therapies, Jackie began her own practice. Light Heart Therapies is about helping others to help themselves heal and move forward in a positive and empowered way. Passionate about natural health and wellness, Jackie�¢??s primary focus is teaching stress management techniques and meditation to children, teens and adults alike, arming them with powerful tools to manage their own stress, mental health or wellness in general. Her own journey of self-discovery and healing has allowed her to be an empathetic and caring health coach, sharing knowledge & empowering tools to support her clients as they learn to live light and find their Zen... Jackie considers herself to be a work in progress, with plans to study nutrition, crystal healing and NLP in the not too distant future. As a mother of two, Jackie�¢??s own wellness is also a top priority, so you will find her walking her talk, and living as authentic a life as possible while following her dreams.
