I am an Emotionally Focused counsellor and therapist who has been helping couples better understand each other for over ten years. Using an evidenced-based approach, with a strong focus on teaching people skills that apply to their everyday lives and relationships, I help couples discover the knowledge, experience and solutions they need to repair or enhance their relationships. My commitment is always to work alongside my clients with an emphasis on supporting them to achieve the change they really want. HELPING INDIVIDUALS Have you been feeling anxious, down, angry or just not right? Many of my clients feel this way when they begin their counselling or therapy. They want some relief from these uncomfortable experiences. As an Emotionally Focused counsellor and therapist I help my clients manage their negative thoughts, feelings and behaviours so that they feel better within themselves and more in control of their lives. In individual sessions clients can work with a wide ranging number of issues from family of origin experiences, trauma, depression and, anxiety and self realisation.
