I have had almost 20 years experience in the Latin Dance Scene and as a professional salsa dancer. Over the years I have seen so many changes. Zumba Fitness? was one of those changes I have been lucky enough to be teaching Zumba for over 3 years. This allowed people to experience my passion of Latin Dancing without having to attend group dance classes. Zumba Fitness? allows the benefits of group fitness and learning those hot Latin moves. I understand if you have never danced before or you are not as fit as you would like to be. I have been there and gone through my own Zumba transformation, but the most important part of any type of fitness is to enjoy it.
