The Calmness Coach relaxation classes teach you how to come back to balance. In 45 minute classes, The Calmness Coach teaches you how to relax your body and centre your mind. Stress unravels, leaving you feeling alert and peaceful. Yoga teacher Noush Baxter has seen how people benefit from the deep relaxation at the end of yoga classes. "Stressed out high school students, career-women and parents leave looking radiant. In The Calmness Coach relaxation classes I have combined the most beneficial parts of yoga with other powerful techniques, such as Chi Gung, Mindfulness and NVC. I've also taught The Calmness Coach techniques to professional musicians and prior to weddings with bridal parties. Stage fright decreased and enjoyment of the event greatly improved - leading to enhanced performance (and banished Bridezilla behaviour on the big day.) Classes are at Kenmore and Fig Tree Pocket on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6.30 - 7.15 pm.
