As the name suggests, SSG is primarily a strength gym, catering to anyone looking to get stronger, more conditioned or perhaps to improve their sporting performance through strength training. Strength Sports is obviously, also a gym for powerlifters, weightlifters and strongmen, with the majority of our members actively competing in 1 of the 3 strength sports. The motto for Strength Sports Gym is "Strength In Numbers", which has 2 meanings for us: First, we all work togethor and support each other as we are all here to better ourselves in some way, and consequently, second, the other being that our style of training, and methods produce real, measurable gains in strength and performance.
